What is a critical line?
Any communications path a building or organization depends on for safety, security or operations: elevator phones, fire-alarm communicators, emergency phones, gate and security lines, and specialty analog services.
Is every analog line POTS?
No. Some analog-looking lines are already delivered over fiber, over a carrier's own IP platform, or by a building system that never touched the public network. Discovery establishes what each line actually is before anything is planned around it.
Do I have to replace my existing equipment?
Often not. The endpoint may not need to be replaced merely because the carrier line does. We identify the endpoint and its requirements before recommending any change.
What should I do with a carrier notice?
Upload it. We'll help translate what the notice means for your property: which services it affects, on what timeline, and what to verify next.
